BayCoast Bank is pleased to announce Jill W. White of South Dartmouth, Massachusetts, as Assistant Treasurer/Branch Manager of the South Dartmouth location.

In this role, White is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the South Dartmouth branch office (at 714 Dartmouth Street), including relationship development, customer service, lending, operations, and security and safety.

White joins BayCoast Bank with nearly 23 years of financial and insurance industry experience, including risk management and staff development. Prior to BayCoast Bank, she was a Commercial Account Executive with the Sylvia Group and previously Branch Manager II/Vice President at Webster Bank.

White received an associate’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Southern New Hampshire University and went on to continue her studies in Marketing at UMass Dartmouth. Her industry certifications include: Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License; Massachusetts Life, Health & Disability Insurance License; Certified Workers Comp Advisor; and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist.

She is the Vice President/Board of Directors member of Downtown New Bedford, Inc., a nonprofit organization that represents all Downtown New Bedford stakeholders, property and business owners and residents. White is also an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association, Inc. and in the past co-captained the America Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
