Foley Hoag Represents Cambridge Associates in Institutional Financing

Foley Hoag LLP represented global investment firm Cambridge Associates in the completion of its institutional financing and equity transaction for the company. This transaction represents the first significant change to the ownership structure of Cambridge Associates in nearly 20 years, and a move into the next phase of the company’s highly successful history as a leader in the financial services industry.

Foley Hoag served as legal adviser to the Cambridge Associates on the transaction. Robert Sawyer led the Foley Hoag team, along with partners Paul Bork and Patrick Connolly, associates Gabrielle Bernstein and Anne Seymour on transactional matters, and partners Teresa Martland and Kip Cawley on tax and employee benefits aspects of the transaction.
