DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Larissa Bifano, a partner in DLA Piper's Boston office and co-chair of the Patent Prosecution practice, was named to the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's 2018 Top Women in Law list. The editors noted that Bifano "helps inventors get protection for some of the most cutting-edge technology" and for her work with Harvard Business School students offering them "advice on patents, copyrights and trademarks as they seek to get their own businesses off the ground."

Bifano's practice concentrates on patent and other intellectual property strategy, counseling, prosecution, diligence, and litigation in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and federal courts. She works with clients in diverse industries nationally and internationally to determine and execute a comprehensive IP strategy to address the client's needs in whatever situation or forum.
