Emily Drappi

Drappi joined iBec in 2017 as a senior digital marketing strategist, bringing more than 15 years of experience in search marketing and developing high-growth digital marketing strategies for e-commerce businesses. She previously served as Director of Marketing Programs for Boston-based home furnishings e-commerce company Wayfair (NYSE: W), where she pioneered the company's digital marketing team and led customer acquisition and retention for its international businesses, AllModern.com and the Wayfair trade program, helping to drive total annual revenue to nearly $1 billion in 2013.

With this promotion, Drappi joins the iBec senior leadership team responsible for ensuring client and employee satisfaction, profitability, and fulfillment of the agency’s mission, vision and values.
