Boston-based expansion-stage venture firm OpenView announced it has promoted Arsham Memarzadeh to vice president and added Kate Murdock as associate. Memarzadeh has been with OpenView since 2014 when he joined the firm’s expansion platform as market strategist. He later joined the firm’s investment practice as associate and has participated in such deals as Applitools, Auvik, Deputy, GitPrime and Lessonly. Murdock previosuly served as the CEO of IDEA, Northeastern University’s venture accelerator, from which she recently graduated. At IDEA, she oversaw the deployment of $250,000 annually to seed-stage startups.
