Priority Funding LLC, with offices in Swansea and Northboro, MA, and a service area including New England, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Michigan, announced today that Joseph S. Esola has joined the company as a Regional Manager.

In this role, Esola is responsible for sales production, promotion and management of manufactured home financial products in the states of Florida, New Jersey and Delaware.

Esola brings comprehensive knowledge of the manufactured home lending and insurance industry to his post at Priority Funding, most recently as President/Owner of Key One Mortgage, Inc. and Key Insurance Agency, serving the states of New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. His previous experience includes Regional Manager of Forward Financial.

A graduate of Temple University, Esola received certification from the American Bankers Credit School; is a Licensed Insurance Agent in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida; and is an NMLS Universal License holder.

Esola is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers; the New Jersey Mortgage Brokers Association; and the New Jersey Manufactured Housing Association.

A resident of Tequesta, Florida, where he lives with his wife Marlene, he is a founding member of the Ocean City Rowing & Athletic Association; belongs to the Ocean City Beach Patrol Alumni Association; and is a member of Friends of Temple Rowing.
