
Angel Kozeli Mozina
Boston law firm Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster announces that Angel Kozeli Mozina was elected to the Board of Trustees of Children’s Village, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her term begins June 15, 2018.
Children’s Village is an independent non-profit, NAEYC accredited childcare center and preschool that provides a secure and engaging environment for children ages ten weeks through five years old. Board members are elected by the Children’s Village community and are responsible for all policy making. Members are comprised of parents, staff, and outside community members.
As a Director in the firm’s Real Estate Group, Mozina represents developers, lenders, borrowers, property owners, property management companies, condominium associations, landlords and tenants in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters. Her wide range of litigation experience includes contract breaches, summary process, and Chapter 93A litigation in various divisions of the Housing Court, District Court and Superior Court. She is also experienced in the following condominium matters: preparing management agreements; condominium documents and amendments; collection of unpaid condominium fees; insurance claims; disputes among unit owners; and trustees’ obligations.
