ISABEL SCHARMER, CFA - As the Director of Portfolio Strategy, Isabel blends the intellectual stimulation of interpreting financial markets with the personal fulfillment of working with client families to meet their financial goals. She works with teams of Client Advisors and Wealth Strategists to develop customized asset allocations and investment strategies.

JUSTIN DUMOUCHELLE, CFA, CFP® - Justin, in addition to his new partnership award, has been promoted to become the firm’s Chief Investment Officer after 10 years as a member of the research team. As the CIO, Justin oversees the management of the firm’s rigorous investment process, selecting individual equity and fixed income securities and overseeing the selection and review of illiquid private investments.

JESSICA FOLEY - Jessica manages and supervises the client relationship teams by identifying best practices, developing team efficiencies, and managing department resources. She works to support organizational growth and helps to ensure that firm-wide initiatives are implemented to enhance the end client experience. Jessica also designs and implements policies and procedures for Bainco’s business practices as the firm’s Compliance Manager, reinforcing Bainco’s commitment to compliance while delivering a superior client experience.
