PR First, a public relations firm that helps business-to-business organizations share their stories in ways that increase their market visibility and industry credibility, today announced the promotion of Nicole Joy Hales of Plymouth to the position of Vice President, Client Services.

In this role, she will serve as a member of the firm’s senior leadership team while continuing to serve as the primary account manager for a variety of clients in multiple industries, overseeing strategic planning and implementation, media outreach, and content and placement strategy. Hales joined PR First in May 2011 as an Account Manager and was later named Senior Account Manager.

Hales, a Plymouth, Mass., resident, brings more than 20 years of writing and editing experience to her role, including direct journalism experience as a writer for the Griffin Report and Plymouth Patch. She earned a B.A. in media studies from Ithaca College, and currently serves as Ambassador Chair for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
