Widman, of Braintree, Massachusetts, joins BNN from a Big 4 firm in Boston, and brings more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing tax-effective corporate structures and assisting with highly sophisticated income tax accounting issues and internal control documentation. He is also well-versed in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and international tax issues to help them achieve their strategic business goals.
