Ruben Salinas Named to the Massachusetts March of Dimes Board of Directors

The Boston-Manchester Market of the March of Dimes today announced that it has named Ruben Salinas to the organization’s board of directors. Mr. Salinas is the co-founder and CEO of Parsagen Diagnostics, a Boston-based medical device company focused on women’s health.

“We’re honored to have one of the best minds in medical technology join our Board of Directors,” said Ed Doherty, executive director at Massachusetts March of Dimes. “Ruben has developed several leading medical technologies that are changing the way doctors care for women and their babies. He will be a wonderful addition to our board”.

Mr. Salinas served as the Chairman for the 2017 Boston March for Babies fundraiser, which raised more than $750,000 to further the March of Dimes mission to ensure that all babies are born healthy.

Prior to founding Parsagen Diagnostics, Mr. Salinas was the executive vice president at AmniSure International, now a part of QIAGEN, a leading biotechnology company. Mr. Salinas earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico.

He lives in the Boston area with his with family.
