Kristen has nearly 10 years of experience providing federal, state and international tax services to private companies and publicly-traded multi-national companies in a variety of industries, including private equity/venture capital, life sciences and technology. In addition, she provides tax department outsourcing services, assists clients with state tax compliance and implementation of all standard processes, and has extensive experience working with clients on Revenue Agent's Report (RAR) compliance projects. Kristen is also co-leader of CBIZ Tofias’ tax operations function, which oversees and manages the processes and procedures of the New England Tax Department.

Kristen received her Master of Business Administration degree from Providence College and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State University. She is a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA).
