Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel T. Pascucci as Managing Member of its San Diego office.  Mr. Pascucci assumed the duties, previously held by Eddie Rodriquez, on January 9th.

He has tried to verdict or award over 40 cases, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.
