Brookside Mezzanine Partners is pleased to announce the promotions of Nicholas F. Ganias and Neil J. Shah to Principal, Michael J. Mahon to Senior Associate and Ryan M. McGann to Associate.

Nicholas Ganias joined Brookside Mezzanine Partners in 2008. His responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Nicholas was an Analyst in the Middle Market Lending group at NewStar Financial and also worked as a P&L Analyst at JWM Partners, a multi-strategy hedge fund located in Greenwich, CT. Nicholas is a graduate of Boston University and is a CFA charterholder.
Neil Shah joined Brookside Mezzanine Partners in 2010. His responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Neil was a Credit Analyst in the Investment Banking Commodities Finance team at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch's Middle Market Leveraged Finance Group. Neil graduated with honors from Rutgers University and received his MBA with Distinction from Cornell University.
Michael Mahon joined Brookside Mezzanine Partners in 2014. His responsibilities include underwriting and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Michael was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Stifel Nicolaus. He graduated with honors from The Johns Hopkins University.
Ryan McGann joined Brookside Mezzanine Partners in 2015. His responsibilities include underwriting and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Ryan was an Associate with Jefferies Finance. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston College.
