White & Case LLP has promoted 40 lawyers around the world to its partnership. The promotions are effective January 1, 2017 and represent 11 of the Firm's global practices in 17 locations.

• Raymond Azar has been named a partner in our Global Project Finance Practice. Based in New York, he focuses on international corporate and commercial transactions, including asset-based structured financings and related capital markets transactions in the oil and gas, petrochemical and power sectors.
• Heather Burke has been named a partner in our Global Antitrust Practice. Based in Silicon Valley, she focuses on complex commercial litigation and counseling in antitrust, intellectual property, class actions and trade regulation.
• Michael Deyong has been named a partner in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Based inNew York, Michael represents clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, sales, spinoffs and going-private transactions, with particular experience in public company M&A in the healthcare and telecommunications industries.
• Binoy Dharia has been named a partner in our Global Banking Practice. Based in New York, he is focused on advising major commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a variety of leveraged, corporate finance and M&A transactions.
• John Donaldson has been named a partner in our Global Antitrust Practice. Based in Washington, DC, John represents clients before the Department of Justice and US Federal Trade Commission on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other joint business activities.

Based in New York, Bibiana focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in a range of Latin American capital markets and bank finance transactions, including registered public offerings, Rule 144A offerings and Regulation S offerings.
• Eric Lancaster has been named a partner in our Global Intellectual Property Practice. Based in Silicon Valley, he focuses on patent litigation across the country, as well as before the US International Trade Commission, covering technologies including software, social networking, mobile devices, semiconductors and computer hardware.
• Thomas MacWright has been named a partner in our Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Based in New York, Thomas regularly represents debtors, bondholders, banks and investors in corporate bankruptcy matters and workouts, and he has extensive experience representing large companies and creditors in cross-border restructurings.
• Damien Nyer has been named a partner in our Global International Arbitration Practice. • Kerry O'Rourke Perri has been named a partner in the Private Clients Group. Based in New York, Kerry advises individuals, families and fiduciaries on domestic and international trust and estate planning matters, including will and trust drafting, tax planning, litigation support and probate proceedings, and estate administration.

• Paul Brumpton has been named a partner in our Global International Arbitration Practice. Based inLondon, he focuses on international arbitration in the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, construction and insurance industries.
