Stradley Ronon Partner Kenneth L. Greenberg will participate in a panel discussion at IA Watch’s 16^th Annual IA Compliance Fall Conference on Sept. 26 in Boston. Greenberg’s panel, “Cybersecurity: Critical Solutions to Address Red-Hot Cyber Challenges,” will address, among other things, current cybersecurity regulations applicable to investment advisors, the examination areas of the SEC’s cybersecurity examination initiative and practical guidance for constructing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Greenberg has provided guidance to investment companies and their investment advisers regarding federal and state regulations relating to cybersecurity issues. In addition to counseling investment companies regarding cybersecurity issues, Greenberg is a member of the Stradley Ronon Technology Committee, which provides oversight regarding the firm’s own cybersecurity.
