“It’s critical to continue to add leaders with credibility and integrity to our Board of Directors. Laura joins our Board of Directors as we prepare for the rapid expansion of our workforce. I’ve known Laura for over a decade and I’ve watch her lead entrepreneurship projects all over the world. Her business partner Ken Morse was my entrepreneurship professor at MIT-Sloan, and her late father-in-law Richard Morse founded entrepreneurship studies at MIT-Sloan in 1961 so supporting the entrepreneur comes naturally to Laura. The impact the Morse Family has had on entrepreneurship cannot be measured and Laura extends the family mission. Laura has a wide range of skills to bring to the Board, and she’ll be invaluable as we seek to treat over 70,000,000 surgical pain patients per year in the USA,” said Frank Reynolds, CEO of PixarBio.
Laura Morse graduated from the University of Iowa, where she was elected to Mortar Board, a national honor society that recognizes college seniors for distinguished ability and achievement in scholarship, leadership, and service. She is married to world renowned entrepreneur Ken Morse, has two adult daughters and two grandchildren.
