Caroline Fitzgerald Joins BOND as Director of Business Development

BOND, the Northeast’s premier building, civil, utility and energy construction firm, announces today that Caroline Fitzgerald, PE, has joined the firm as Director of Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for developing new business and managing client relations for BOND’s Education market sector led by Ken Johnson, Vice President, Education andDavid Shrestinian, Senior Vice President, Building Division.

“Caroline brings a unique perspective in her approach to developing client relationships and fostering new business partners. As a licensed structural engineer, she also brings a technical understanding of the construction industry and in particular, a depth of experience in complex building projects. Prior to joining BOND, Caroline was Director of Business Development at VJ Associates, a construction consulting firm, and previously, at LDa Architects in Cambridge. She joined the New York office of Arup when it first opened, and then launched and managed its Boston location as Principal, working on many prestigious and award-winning projects

Caroline received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, magna cum laude, from Tufts University. Currently, she is co-chair of the Boston Society of Architects’ Women Principals Group. She also serves on the Town of Lexington’s Design Advisory Committee and holds several memberships with Greater Boston industry associations.
