CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Genesis Advisers, an independent leadership development consultancy with an expertise in accelerating the performance of new leaders and leadership teams, has announced the appointment of Richard Wetzler to President and Chief Operating Officer.

In this newly created role, Wetzler will be responsible for day-to-day operations and driving growth across the company's businesses, including executive coaching and leadership transitions advisory and custom solutions for leaders, leadership teams, and entire organizations.

Prior to joining Genesis Advisers, Wetzler was Chief Operating Officer of Pivot Leadership, a global leadership development company, which was acquired by Korn Ferry in 2015. Wetzler also held senior roles at Kroll, Oliver Wyman, and Mercer.
