SmartCEO’s Future 50 Awards program recognizes Greater Boston’s 50 fastest-growing mid-sized companies that have experienced outsized growth based on a combined three-year average of revenue and employee growth. The 2016 Future 50 winners collectively generate nearly $3.4 billion in annual revenue and employ more than 12,400 individuals. This impressive group will be recognized inSmartCEO magazine and celebrated at a black-tie-optional awards ceremony on June 15, 2016 at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.
“It’s an honor to be selected for this accolade and to be recognized among such an esteemed group of Boston-area executives,” said Nargassans. “I share this award with my fantastic team, as their unwavering commitment to providing top-notch analytics solutions for financial institutions and dedication to customer service has helped to drive Saylent’s rapid growth and success. We will continue to work hard to enable our clients to gain the insights they need to drive more meaningful relationships with their customers.”
Nargassan’s career has been primarily grounded in technology and the use of data, with the last 15 plus years deeply rooted in payments and fintech. In the late 90’s, he saw the tremendous opportunity in payments. Nargassans’ entry into the space was with e-ClassicSystems, where, as heads of sales and marketing, he helped grow the company into the market leader for ATM channel management solutions serving some of the largest banks, credit unions and ISOs in the country. The success led to an acquisition by Jack Henry & Associates in 2004. Following the transition of the business to Jack Henry, Nargassans recognized the opportunity to deliver meaningful analytics to financial institutions on their customers’ behaviors. He co-founded Saylent to address this need.
