Jonathan R. DeBlois Joins SUNSTEIN as Litigation Associate

Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers announced today that Jonathan R. DeBlois has joined the firm as a litigation associate.

Mr. DeBlois concentrates his practice in all aspects of complex intellectual property litigation including patent, trademark and copyright litigation. He has represented as well as litigated against large publicly traded clients in dozens of patent litigation cases and secured multiple settlements. His cases have involved broad ranging technologies including streaming audio, wireless communications, geo-location services, asset tracking systems and software anti-piracy technology.

Mr. DeBlois graduated from Saint Michaels College and received his J.D. summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School where he served as Articles Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.

He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
