Florence Bank, a mutually-owned savings bank serving the Pioneer Valley through 9 branch locations, has announced this year’s recipients of the President’s Club. The recipients for 2016 are Erin McHugh of Easthampton, MA, Jeanette R. Sharpe of South Deerfield, MA, and Michelle M. Bigelow of Goshen, MA.

The President’s Club affords employees opportunities to nominate their peers for the honor, which recognizes superior performance, customer service and overall contribution to Florence Bank. The three recipients were nominated by numerous colleagues at Florence Bank.

McHugh is an Operations Risk Analyst in the eBanking Department, Bigelow is a Commercial Loan Servicer, and both have been with the Bank since 2010. Sharpe is a Customer Service Representative at the Amherst office of Florence Bank. She joined the bank in 2011.
