PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--After six distinguished years in public service at both the municipal and state levels, Jeffrey M. Padwa, Esq. is joining the law firm of DarrowEverett LLP as a partner, the firm announced today.

Padwa, of Providence, brings more than 20 years of private and public law practice to DarrowEverett, offering deep experience in regulatory matters such as zoning, city planning, licensing and tax appeals as well as complex litigation, internal investigations and negotiating and drafting contracts and legislation. In addition, Padwa has experience in handling federal investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other agencies.
