Mad*Pow Adds Amy Bucher to Behavior Change Team

Mad*Pow, a design agency that improves the experiences people have with technology, organizations and each other, today announced that Amy Bucher has joined the Boston office as the Behavior Change Design Director. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Amy to Mad*Pow,” says Dustin DiTommaso, SVP, Behavior Change Design at Mad*Pow. “Amy brings unique professional experiences in behavioral science, health care and technology to Mad*Pow that make her a valuable addition to our Behavior Change team.”

As part of Mad*Pow’s Behavior Change team, Amy will work with Mad*Pow clients to incorporate psychology and motivational techniques to help people shape their actions, so they can be their happiest and healthiest.

Amy has a Ph.D. in Psychology and a professional history working in the healthcare, behavioral science and technology industries.  Prior to coming to Mad*Pow, Amy was Senior Strategy Advisor, Specialty Pharmacy Digital at CVS Health where she worked on long term strategies for the digital experience.  Before that, Amy served as Associate Director for Behavioral Science at Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions Group, where she developed frameworks and requirements for digital health programs.  Her work brought her to India, among other places, where she helped develop a Type 2 diabetes coaching program.

Amy graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Psychology, then went on to earn her M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from University of Michigan.
