Joint Venture 3MentorAdvisory Launches, Offers Free Open Office Hours

Jacqueline Collins, principal of Partnering for Performance, Michelle Hatch, partner at Pozerski Hatch & Company, P.C., and Amy Zintl, managing partner of ServiceSense, announce the launch of their new advisory firm, 3MentorAdvisory (www.pfpconsult.com/3mentoradvisory/), focused on their deep experience in strategy and leadership, accounting and financial advisory, and customer experience to offer businesses a 360-degree view of their operations and determine best practices and insights to help create a fresh approach to improvement.

To better introduce their services, 3MentorAdvisory is offering two free, no-obligation office hours sessions: on Tuesday, October 27, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and on Thursday, October 29, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Interested participants can sign up for either session at www.pfpconsult.com/3mentoradvisory/.

3MentorAdvisory is a joint venture among three South Shore-based women business owners. Current areas of focus include clarifying and leveraging leadership styles and strengths, shifting engagement with customers to meet new priorities and needs, identifying opportunities for sustainability, improving Zoom meeting planning, performance, and productivity, reevaluating financial foundations, and realigning three-year strategies to one-year plans.

Collins, a resident of Abington, is the founder of Partnering for Performance, a leadership coaching and business advisory firm that specializes in providing tools and techniques to help organizations create strategies for growth and organizational effectiveness since 1999. Prior to starting Partnering for Performance, she worked in Fleet Financial Group as Director of Quality Management for Fleet Retirement Plan Services, and as an officer at Putnam Investment. She has also owned three other businesses throughout her career.

Before co-founding Pozerski Hatch & Company, P.C., Hatch, a resident of Rockland, spent a total of 24 years working a leading international and regional certified public accounting firms, where she specialized in audits and review services for privately held companies, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans. Hatch is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Zintl, formerly of Norwell, Mass., and now of St. Augustine, Florida, co-founded ServiceSense in 1995, an advisory firm with deep expertise in customer service and customer experience improvement for businesses with five to 500 locations. Their clients range from restaurants, spas, specialty retailers and dry cleaners to retirement communities and telephone call centers.

“We are excited to come together and share our expertise while helping small business owners, sole proprietors and independent contractors,” said Collins. “Because of our own backgrounds as small and successful busines owners, we have a better understanding of what these business owners go through,” she added. “We get it.”
