
Karen DeTemple
Drawing on 30 years’ experience growing non-profit organizations, building fundraising programs, activating leadership, engaging donors and managing strategic execution, Karen DeTemple has launched Workwonder to help individuals, leaders and organizations with executive coaching, non-profit consulting and fundraising strategy, according to DeTemple who is President of the new firm.
Previously, DeTemple spent 15 years as Founder of Karen DeTemple Consulting and was Co-founder of The Art of Change. She also served as Manager of Annual Programs at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston and Regional Events Manger for Bank of America.
DeTemple explains, “I created Workwonder to help individuals, leaders and organizations do their best work. I pride myself on the confidence my clients entrust in me, and pay it forth by providing strength and accountability so they can go deep, think big, and take risks to manifest change and achieve success.”
Current clients include the MIT Media Lab, The Opportunity Network, Boston Center for the Arts and the North Shore CDC among others.
