Akamai (NASDAQ:AKAM) acquires its largest channel partner in the region in an all-cash transaction.
Exceda became an AKAM channel partner in 2002 and has offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
Akamai expects the transaction to add $2M in 2019 revenue and $15M in 2020. The deal is expected to be $0.01 dilutive to its non-GAAP EPS and $0.01-0.02 accretive in 2020.
AKAM shares are flat pre-market at $91.82.
