3D Leadership Group (http://3dleadershipgroup.com), a Boston-based leadership development firm, announced today the formation of the second cohort for the firm’s proprietary Prism Women’s Leadership Program, which will commence on September 25, 2019, and conclude on December 6, 2019. Registration is now open; the deadline to register is June 14, 2019.

The Prism Program for Women is unique to 3D Leadership Group. Their proprietary program was developed around the observation that a lack of women in senior executive roles is due in part because they don’t get exposed to developmental opportunities early enough in their careers. The Prism Women’s Leadership Program aims to solve the problem of women being lost in the middle of the corporate organizational chart by cultivating and strengthening these neglected skills and strategies while fostering strength and self-assurance.

The program will enroll 12 women from diverse companies and encourages company sponsorship as well as two women from the same organization to sign up together whenever possible. Faculty for the program includes three executive coaches from 3D Leadership Group as well as two facilitators from Leaders’ Quest.

The three-month program includes classroom days, individual coaching, leadership panels, intimate coaching circles, and a powerful Leaders’ Quest experience in New York City, scheduled for November 5 and 6, which will introduce participants to an array of women leaders who have created, disrupted, and succeeded in their professional journeys.
