Office Gallery began in 1989 in Norwood. Since then the ownership has changed from Allen and Gwen Wluka of Foxborough, MA, to Michael and Hilary Troia of Pembroke, MA, when they purchased the company in 2016. The relationship between the Wlukas and the Troias led to the seamless transition of ownership. Under the Troias’ leadership and more than 20 years of experience each in the furniture industry, the company has grown a substantial amount – they have added new personnel and developed a marketing campaign aimed at new industries. The company’s consulting and design services related to the office environment have expanded as well, and they have invested in new technologies that enhance their office design services.

In February 2018, Hilary Troia was named an Outstanding Woman of Family Business by the Warren Group editorial board. This award is an annual award that honors the achievements, commitment, and dedication of female family business professionals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and commitment both in their businesses and in the communities they serve. Troia was one of 12 Massachusetts family business leaders named. Later in the year, Office Gallery was honored by the Family Business Exchange awards. The importance of family continues to be emphasized through Troias’ leadership, as it was during with the Wlukas.
