UC Funds, a Boston-based commercial real estate specialty finance firm has named long-time employee Ross Pemmerl as its new Vice President of Underwriting.

Pemmerl began his career at UC Funds as an Underwriting Analyst in 2011. In this new role he'll focus on strategically expanding UC Funds' mission to build strong relationships with nationwide commercial real estate borrowers for redevelopments across all asset classes.

Ross will also continue working closely with UC Funds' team and its clients to craft customized loans tailored to fit each project's timeline and budget.

He brings 11 years of industry experience including previous roles at Potomac Capital and RBS Citizens.
