3D Leadership Group (http://3dleadershipgroup.com), a Boston-based leadership development firm, announced today that its Developing Presence Workshop will be held on Thursday, March 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Waltham Woods Conference Center, 860 Winter Street, Waltham, MA. The program, now in its seventh year, will be co-led by Angie O’Donnell and Renée Cooper, executive coaches on the 3D Leadership team.

This highly interactive one-day workshop is designed to help participants recognize what constitutes presence as well as strengthen their unique expression of it. Participants will deepen their self-awareness of how they “show up,” and how their presence influences others. Specific focus will be paid to both inner presence aspects such as first impressions, intentionality, confidence, and composure, as well as outer presence and connection aspects like visual distracters, vocal and verbal presence, warmth, listening and development goals.

Managers and individual contributors with five or more years of experience are ideal participants for the Developing Presence Workshop. The group will be limited to 20 for optimal learning.

Following an 18-year international business career, O’Donnell has been an executive coach since 2002, and recently earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. She received her MBA from Babson College and co-founded the Wellesley-based 3D Leadership Group in 2007. Cooper has more than 25 years of experience as a coach, consultant, and line manager, as well as deep expertise on the topic of “presence.” She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a certified professional coach with the College of Executive Coaching.
