(Nasdaq: EVBG) today announced the launch of a proposed underwritten public offering of $125,000,000 of shares of its common stock, all of which are being offered by Everbridge. Everbridge expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $18,750,000 of shares of common stock, at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
