3D Leadership Group, a Boston-based leadership development firm, announced today that its next Developing Presence Workshop will be held on Thursday, October 4, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Waltham Woods Conference Center, 860 Winter Street, Waltham, MA. The program, now in its sixth year, will be co-led by Angie O’Donnell and Paul Giragos, executive coaches on the 3D Leadership team.

This highly interactive one-day workshop is designed to help participants recognize what constitutes presence as well as strengthen their unique expression of it. Participants will deepen their self-awareness of how they “show up,” and how their presence influences others. Specific focus will be paid to both inner presence aspects such as first impressions, intentionality, confidence, and composure, as well as outer presence and connection aspects like visual distracters, vocal and verbal presence, warmth, listening, and empathy.

Managers and individual contributors with ten or more years of experience are ideal participants for the Developing Presence Workshop.
