CENTURY 21 Commonwealth Presents “Uncommon Agents” Awards for Excellence

Lexington office and its Commonwealth Cup award

CENTURY 21® Commonwealth, a leading resource for home buyers and sellers throughout Eastern Massachusetts, recently held its annual “Uncommon Agents” Awards for Excellence event, where 130 awards were presented to sales associates and their respective offices.

The awards ceremony was held recently at the Westin Waltham Boston. Jim Zarkadas, Vice President of Support Services, served as Master of Ceremonies while Nick Patsio, Founding Partner, delivered the State of the Commonwealth Address, in which he expressed gratitude to all Commonwealth sales associates and staff. In 2017, CENTURY 21® Commonwealth reached a company record of $1.5 billion in sales, ranked #1 in New England, #9 in the United States, and #10 worldwide.

Mary Crane was named #1 Sales Associate in Eastern New England, also taking honors as #14 in the U.S. and #19 globally.

Fabilene Neves was announced as 2017 Rookie of the Year while Paula Kowalczik took the 2017 Medal of Honor.

Quality Service Producer Awards went to Meeghan Ford; Maria DiCarlo; and Chip Sulser while Lyn Robinson and Charles Agrillo took Quality Service Pinnacle Producer honors.

Masters Ruby Award recipients for 2017 were: Susan Callahan; Chuck Petitti, Aimee Siers; Karen McDermott; Carissa Whitbread; Sam Pasquantonio; Melinda Widtfeldt; Christina Hixon; Donna Testa; Dorothy Goodwin; Zahra Zoglauer; Laura Schindler; Fabilene Neves; and Nancy Kinton.

Masters Ruby/Quality Service Producer Award winners were: Barbara Coppinger; Deborah Lincourt; and Marianne McCourt.

Masters Ruby/Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Awards went to Maggi Chassie and Duston Leclair.

Masters Emerald Award recipients were: Lu Ouyang; Vickie Chang; JJ Tanzer; Roger Thistle; Jackie Veri; Linda Ferris; Melissa Maniatis; and Trish Marchetti.

Taking home Masters Emerald/Quality Service Producer Awards were Judith Brady and Mark Johnson.

Masters Diamond Award winners were: Jonathan deAraujo; Tom Lambert; Erik Hook; Chris Ball; and Meg Steere.

Sabrina Carr and Antonella Nigro took Masters Diamond/Quality Service Producer Awards.

CENTURION® Award winners were: Michelle Lane; Benna Lynch Rondini; Lisa Paulette; Linda Sharpe; Maura Rodino; Cynthia Allen; and Lorrie Parajeckas.

Taking home CENTURION®/Quality Service Producer Awards were Medea Palandjian; Liz Darby; and Sumi Sinnatamby.

CENTURION®/ Quality Service Pinnacle Producer/President’s Producer Award recipients were: Laura Mastrobuono; David Bottari; Sabhor Sheikh; Susan McPherson; Hillary Swenson Corner; Judy Sousa; and Judy Korzenowski.

DOUBLE CENTURION® Award winners were Maryann Clancy; Kandi Pitrus; Kathy Williamson; and the Marjorie Youngren Team.

Lester Savage was honored as the GRAND CENTURION® Award winner while Mary Crane took the GRAND CENTURION® Quality Service Producer Award.

The Commonwealth Cup Award went to the Lexington office with the following offices earning Gold Medallion Awards: Franklin; Wakefield; Medfield; Lexington; Needham/Westwood; Hopkinton; and Watertown.

CENTURION® Office Awards went to Wellesley; Chestnut Hill/Newton; and Winchester, with Winchester ranked as the #1 office in New England and Natick receiving the Ambassador Award.

The Somerville office was recipient of the 2017 Easter Seals Cup.

The following Relocation Awards were also announced:

Cartus Platinum Award Winner went to the Madden Team; the USAA/Navy Federal Award Winner was Aimee Siers; the Madden Team and Aimee Siers were named Affinity Homes Sales Top Agents; the Kattman Team took Home Finding Top Agents; the Most Referrals Award went to the Franklin office and the Natick office received honors for Most Outgoing Referrals Closed.

To top off the evening, Chip Sulser was named Car Karaoke Winner.
