Continental Buys Metro, 24 Hour Vending

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–New Heritage Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Continental Services has acquired Metro Vending Service, Inc.  and 24 Hour Vending, LLC, both providers of vending, micro-market and office coffee services in the greater Detroit market. Metro and 24 Hour represent the second and third add-on acquisitions Continental has completed since its January 2017 partnership with Heritage, and allow Continental to continue to bring cutting edge technology and award-winning customer service to Michigan’s food service clients.

Continental provides a wide range of custom dining, refreshment, and event services for more than 700 small and medium-sized businesses, blue-chip corporations, colleges, universities, business and industrial sites, and hospitals and medical centers. The Company’s custom-tailored services range from on-site corporate cafés, grab-and-go markets and traditional vending, to off-premise catering and event services.
