(NASDAQ: IRBT), a leader in consumer robots, has been named the 2018 Public Company Board of the Year by The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) New England Chapter, as part of the organization's annual Director of the Year Awards. The awards will be presented to honorees at a formal ceremony on April 30, 2018 at the Seaport Hotel.
Each year, the most engaged and impactful board members in the region are recognized for their excellence in corporate governance and their lasting contributions to the boards on which they serve. In addition to honoring individuals, the NACD New England Chapter commends entire boards for their track records in significantly protecting or enhancing shareholder value.
