Blueprint Medicines Corporation (NASDAQ: BPMC), a leader in discovering and developing targeted kinase medicines for patients with genomically defined diseases, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $25.00 per share, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares of common stock. Blueprint Medicines estimates net proceeds from the offering will be approximately $134.5 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley and Cowen and Company acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities and Wedbush PacGrow acted as co-managers for the offering.
