Continuum’s Nathan Teplow to Lead CompTIA Council that Fosters Stronger Relationships among Multi-Generational Workforce

Nathan Teplow, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Continuum®, the only channel-exclusive IT management platform company, has been elected chair of CompTIA’s Future Leaders Community Executive Council. Elected to the Council in 2015, Nathan currently oversees Continuum’s go-to-market strategies and marketing programs related to the company’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. The Future Leaders community embraces the multi-generational workforce, building best practices for how companies can position themselves to best leverage the talent and skills from the different generations.

“I’m very excited to be elected chair of the CompTIA Future Leaders community and I’m looking forward to getting even more involved with such a great organization,” said Nathan Teplow. “The Future Leaders community will continue its work in helping channel companies recruit new talent and foster stronger relationships between the different generations in our workforce, and I’m looking forward to helping to lead that effort.”

The Future Leaders community considers the different characteristics of this next generation of IT leaders and what that means to their careers. They provide guidance on how IT community members best display and consume information, as well as understand the IT needs and drivers of the community and what this means to the channel.

The community helps future leaders grow in their careers and provides guidance to others on how they can help future leaders grow a career in their business. As chair, Nathan participates as part of the CompTIA Communities Executive Board, which is comprised of all the chairs and vice chairs of the various CompTIA communities.

“Up-and-coming leaders like Nathan Teplow and other members of our Future Leaders Community are valuable resources for collaboration and communication between generations within the industry,” said Todd Thibodeaux, President and CEO of CompTIA.

Nathan is the Host and Producer of Continuum’s weekly radio program, MSP Radio, part of the Continuum Podcast Network, reaching its “on-the-go” MSP partners and prospects to deliver hot topics, business tips and industry news.
