Waterline Ventures is seeking to raise $15 million for its second fund, according toan SEC filing. The Cambridge, Massachusetts-based venture firm focuses on early-stage healthcare tech companies and services. Among its investments are RubiconMD, Zipnosis, Common Sensing and Redbrick Health.
