Avwatch Named to Boston Business Journal’s list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in Massachusetts

Avwatch, a Plymouth, MA business delivering aerial reconnaissance, real time motion video and tactical networking services to government and commercial clients has been named to the Boston Business Journal’s list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in the state.

Avwatch was recognized by the Boston Business Journal during an awards ceremony held recently at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront.

The Plymouth-based firm ranked 52 among the 76 fastest growing private companies, based on its revenue growth from 2012 to 2015. Avwatch posted 120% growth with revenues of $3,300,000 in 2015; $2,700,000 in 2014; $2,000,000 in 2013; and $1,500,000 in 2012.

Boston Business Journal Market President and Publisher Carolyn M. Jones and Executive Editor Doug Banks announced the rankings of the 76 fastest growing companies during the April 21st ceremony.

Jones described the companies as representing “the best examples of the Boston economy's strength and vibrancy," adding “this kind of top-line growth is driving the state's economy and generating the kind of excitement that attracts global brands and their talent here."
