Javelin’s review of user ratings for mobile banking apps found Citizens’ mobile apps to be among the best in the industry, with average customer ratings of 4.1 out of 5 stars. This marks the third time Citizens has received similar recognition from Javelin.

Javelin also recognized Citizens as being among the leaders in the “Most Comprehensive Alerts” category.
