Aldeyra sold 2,760,000 shares of its common stock, including 360,000 shares sold in connection with the exercise in full by the underwriter of its option to purchase additional shares. The net proceeds of the offering, including the full exercise of the option, were approximately $12.6 million, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and the other estimated offering expenses payable by Aldeyra.
